Cube Ascend is a game published by Chalkdust (legal entity: IP Kaskenova Kristina Andreevna, an individual entrepreneur registered in Kazakhstan). This policy explains what information the game and this website use and why.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of its own. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. Your progress (crystals, unlocked skins, portals and maps, best score and settings) is stored only on your device, or in your browser when you play on the web. Deleting the game or clearing the site data deletes it.
ADVERTISING
The iOS and Android versions show optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob: you choose to watch a video to continue a run, get extra crystals or double a gift. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information from your device, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS when you allow tracking, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, operating system and how you interact with ads. Google processes this information under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from the PRIVACY button in the pause menu. On iOS, the system asks whether the game may track you; if you decline, ads are not personalized based on tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the system settings. The browser version shows no ads.
THIS WEBSITE
cubeascend.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. The crystals and best height shown on the site are kept only in your browser.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
CHILDREN
Cube Ascend is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Because we do not hold personal data about players, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the controls described above or contact Google. For anything else, write to us.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
